How long do you have to return your item
Returns must be made within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
What will it cost to return an item
International returns are responsible for the full cost of the return. We cover shipping costs for items which are damaged or in other ways not as intended. The general cost of return is 14€, but may vary depending on your region. You'll only be charged the actual cost of delivery, which will be deducted from your refundable purchase amount.
The condition of the item upon return
All products returned is required to be in the same condition as upon received. Returned items must not have been used or in any way changed from their original condition.
All original packaging, hangtags etc. shall be returned with the product, without having been tampered with. All tags must still be attached to the item.
Each item will be examined upon return.
You are responsible for the items you send back, until we receive them. It is therefore recommended that you get a receipt/proof of the shipment and the value of your package. We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake. If the package disappears during shipment, we can unfortunately not issue a refund in this case.
Refusal to accept the package upon delivery is not considered a lawful return, and we reserve the right to demand payment for possible costs of withdrawal of the product.
In ordrer to return your item/s correctly, it is important that you at least enclose following contact information about buyer of the items:
name, order number and email
How long will the shipment take as well as the refund for the product
It usually takes up to 14 business days before a return is received and processed from abroad countries. When your return has been processed a refund will be issued via the payment method used at purchase within 7-14 business days depending on your bank.
Is it possible to exchange items
Unfortunately, we don’t exchange items, but you can easily return and thereafter place a new order.

If the good are damaged upon delivery you can send them back for free and after an examination of the product, you can get the price fully refunded.
